The source cocoa beans for our chocolate are certified by Fair Trade USA and Rainforest Alliance.
Types of Chocolate
We use four types of chocolate for make our molded chocolate.
- 72% dark chocolate
- 61% dark chocolate
- 38% milk chocolate
- White chocolate
The dark chocolates are vegan and none of them contain soy.
For our hot chocolate we use a separate chocolate. Currently this chocolate contains soy and we are switching suppliers to one which uses sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin.
All our chocolate is make in a shared kitchen space and may contain trace amounts of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy.
We do use best practices to clean and sanitize all equipment and isolate our workspace however we cannot guarantee our chocolate is free of trace contaminants from our other products or other companies' products.
